Brookpark Design Builders removed the existing asphalt shingle roof system down to the substrate, and furnished and installed High Temp Ice and Watershield. Addtionally, we installed Garland 16″ wide standing seam metal roof panel, a custom-made rake, eave and ridge trim, a new continuous gutter system and new S-5 Snow Guards. This project is backed by a 30 year no limit weather-tightness warranty.
