Location: Lorain, OH

Brookpark Design Builders furnished and installed the exterior building envelope for this new crisis center in Lorain. The building’s exterior was cladded with a snap lock standing seam roof panel on the walls, concealed fastener soffit and wall panels, along with a composite wood panel at the building’s overhangs. The substrate for these panels was a fiberglass member that prevents thermal transfer with mineral wool insulation in the cavity between the cladding and the exterior building walls. The roof top also received a custom fabricated screen wall system that provides a great solution for covering large HVAC equipment.
