Brookpark Design Builders fabricated and installed 20′ & 30′ custom steel trusses that were welded into the building’s existing roof framing system, to allow the removal of the second floor of the former American Greetings facility. Brookpark Design worked with the structural engineer and facility owner while installing this system of over 140,000 square foot area for our customer.
