Location: Westlake, OH

Brookpark Design Builders, with the help of Garland Roofing Materials, furnished and installed 24-gauge architectural standing seam roof panels over an existing Pre-Engineered Metal Building system. New concealed fastener wall panels and insulation were also installed around the building exterior to bring the structure up to modern building codes. This retrofit solution will help the City of Westlake preserve this building’s lifespan for 50 years.
