This project was a 34,000 square foot Pre Engineered Metal Building system that was furnished and installed by BPDB. The building has a 28′ low eave height, 2:12 roof pitch with 110′ clear span interior frames. The roof system consists of 5″ thick MetlSpan insulated CFR roof panels and the walls are 4″ thick CF flute walls. The interior of the building has been designed to accommodate motorized interior partitions and roughly 16 basketball hoops that hang from the roof secondary. This facility is state of the art and will be used by the Brecksville Broadview Hts. Elementary School as well as the city during non school hours.
