SCOPE OF WORK

Furnished and installed custom made hat channel system to be installed over existing lightweight concrete roof decking with asphalt shingles. Brookpark Design then installed a new 22 gauge Garland standing seam metal roof system over the custom hat channel system manufactured by Brookpark along with custom made galvanized valley, eave and ridge substrates. Once the standing seam roof system and custom trim components were installed this roof roof system received S-5 snow guards and is backed by a no dollar limit 30 year weathertightness warranty.
