Brookpark Design Builders will perform a delegated design scope of work that involves the fabrication and installation of three different one-of-a-kind panel systems to be installed around the exterior of the new building addition for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, being managed by Higley Construction. One of the exterior panel systems will be stainless steel panels with a custom blackened patina that our partner Zahner is providing. The other two panel systems will be a custom painted aluminum plate, along with custom painted aluminum composite panels. All skeletal structures for these systems are designed, engineered, and fabricated in-house by our design team. This project is a staple of downtown Cleveland, and we are honored to be a part of history.
